The stronger publicly available summaries of the Garmin extraction place MI4088BU at Horn Island on July 4, departing around 4:31 p.m., returning through mainland waterways, later reaching the Fort Bayou Boat Launch area, being trailered, and producing a last reported GPS point around 7:59 p.m. Public summaries also describe device power-on events on July 5 and a formal extraction on July 8.

The Florida / Destin hypothesis

Our saved Horn Island-to-Destin graphics are derivative reconstructions, not presently authenticated native Garmin evidence. One graphic explicitly says its points are approximate, and another contains a creation-date inconsistency. The stronger public timeline summaries we reviewed do not establish a Destin voyage by MI4088BU. Therefore: MI4088BU travel to Destin remains UNVERIFIED.

This does not eliminate a separate Florida-travel hypothesis involving Jerry Adkerson or another vehicle or vessel. It means that hypothesis must be proven independently rather than inferred from the derivative maps.
